This policy explains how RestDepot ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website.

Information we collect

When you place an order or send a request through this website, we collect only what you enter:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your restaurant name, selected website template and headline
• Your uploaded logo, if provided
• Your restaurant address, public restaurant phone, opening hours, preferred callback time and project notes, if provided
• Your agreement to the terms and contact about this request

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information solely to fulfill and follow up on your order or request, and to contact you about it if needed. That's it.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not rent or trade it.
• We do not share it for advertising.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Your order request and uploaded logo are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, our website hosting and form provider, so we can review your details, contact you, and fulfill your project. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Live preview uses your logo in your browser. It is sent to Netlify Forms only when you submit the request. We do not collect card details or passwords through this form; please do not put them in your notes. Fonts and sample photographs load from Google Fonts and Unsplash, which receive the normal network information associated with those requests.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 24 months for our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
